Yoga eye pillows make great natural aromatherapy treatments for minor aches and pains. The pillows have a removable batik fabric cover which goes over the inner muslin bag. The bag is filled with organic flaxseed and lavender. It can be placed in the freezer for about an hour to make cold, or microwaved for a couple of minutes to make warm. Placing the pillow on the forehead and eyes can help some people with migraine relief. The flaxseed presses very lightly touching several acupressure points on the eyes and forehead. It also blocks the light from the eyes. Lavender is known for its calming attributes and can contribute to easing migraines. You can also use it for cramps, pain/soreness, eye strain, muscle pain, and/or anxiety. Use it at the end of a busy or stressful day, along with meditation, or, as the name implies, add it to the end of your yoga routine and shavasana.

The eye pillows measure about 4" x 10" each and the fabric cover is removable and washable.
